We are currently seeking meticulous and proactive Warehouse Executives to join our Bengaluru facility to effectively manage warehouse inventory and streamline operations.

Role Overview

The Warehouse Executive will be responsible for managing daily warehouse activities, including overseeing inventory, coordinating dispatches, performing stock audits, and preparing management information system (MIS) reports. This position is essential for ensuring accurate product handling, packaging, and dispatch processes while maintaining operational standards.

Primary Responsibilities

• Produce MIS reports detailing purchasing patterns, inventory levels, fast-moving and stagnant stock.
• Supervise goods receiving and dispatch operations within the warehouse.
• Manage product dispatches to guarantee punctual delivery and appropriate product handling.
• Ensure accurate order picking and packing using suitable packaging materials.
• Coordinate loading and unloading activities efficiently in the warehouse.
• Liaise with courier service providers to arrange timely pickups and shipments.
• Perform regular inventory audits to maintain stock accuracy.
• Undertake any other duties as delegated by the store manager.

Qualification and Experience

• Completion of high school education or equivalent; preference given to candidates with a graduate degree.
• Minimum of one year’s experience in warehouse or logistics operations.
• Basic proficiency in English; fluency in Hindi and the regional language is required.
• Comfortable using computers, including MS Office and inventory management software.
• Strong organizational skills and effective time management abilities.
• Capability to perform physical tasks such as loading and unloading products.
