Role Overview

The Task Associate plays a critical role in maintaining operational excellence to support sales growth by ensuring product availability, store cleanliness, and task completion. This role supports Merchandise and Operations Managers through focus on performance metrics, teamwork, and process adherence. Attention to detail and the ability to follow set procedures are essential for success.

Key Responsibilities

• Support achievement of retail sales goals by ensuring tasks are completed and products are stocked for purchase.
• Meet compliance standards for operational tasks such as shipment processing, merchandise resets, inventory counts, and planogram execution.
• Maintain consistent and timely attendance.
• Foster an inclusive and supportive environment for teammates and guests.
• Engage regularly in training programs for brand knowledge and continuous professional growth.
• Comply with company policies, procedures, and dress code requirements.
• Maintain store areas, including salesfloor, restrooms, cash wrap, backroom, and break rooms, to high cleanliness standards.
• Protect company assets through adherence to loss prevention practices and providing outstanding guest service.
• Perform additional operational duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Preferred high school diploma.
• At least one year of relevant work experience or an equivalent mix of education and experience.
• Proficiency with basic technology such as Point of Sale systems and Apple devices.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work flexible shifts including mornings, evenings, weekends, holidays, and overnight hours.

Physical & Work Conditions

• Continuous movement around the store during shifts.
• Frequent standing, bending, pulling, pushing, reaching, and twisting.
• Regular lifting and moving of items weighing up to 25 pounds.
• Continuous coordination for manual tasks throughout shifts.

Compensation & Benefits

• Hourly wage ranges from $16 to $24 depending on experience, qualifications, and location.
