Key Responsibilities
- Develop new full-stack features by collaborating closely with the Product Manager and fellow developers to translate customer requirements into robust functionality.
- Design, build, and maintain high-quality, reusable, and efficient Ruby on Rails code.
- Engage in architectural discussions, including evaluation and adoption of new technologies and methodologies to improve the platform.
- Conduct code reviews aimed at preserving a clean and maintainable codebase.
Who We're Looking For
- 3 to 6 years of hands-on experience developing scalable web applications using Ruby on Rails.
- Proficiency in collaborative code development within small agile teams and managing deployment processes using tools such as Git, Continuous Integration pipelines, and Capistrano.
- A keen analytical mindset with passion for problem solving, strong attention to detail, and intellectual curiosity.
- Experience and enthusiasm for leveraging Generative AI tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot) to enhance productivity, including crafting effective prompts for code generation, test creation, debugging, and automating repetitive development tasks.
Compensation and Benefits
- Salaries are benchmarked using competitive SaaS market data, typically ranging between ₹11,000,000 and ₹17,000,000 annually, complemented by performance bonuses.
- Hybrid work model requiring office presence three days per week (Monday to Wednesday) in Mumbai, Maharashtra.

Recruitment Process
- Initial 30-minute video call with the People Operations Coordinator to discuss your background and the position.
- First technical round: 30-minute conversation with a Senior Software Engineer to assess your experience.
- Second technical round: 60-minute task-focused interview with the Engineering Manager evaluating your skills and competencies.
- Final interview: 30-minute discussion with the Head of Engineering.
