Engineering Culture

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, product, and data to continuously uncover customer and business needs, driving targeted outcomes.
- Design, develop, and deploy software solutions addressing end-to-end business problems while delivering incremental value following engineering standards.
- Own the entire software development lifecycle (SDLC), understanding the scalability and complexity of services and driving innovation.
- Mentor peers and continually enhance team practices to foster a self-organizing and progressively improving team environment.
- Question existing technical systems and processes critically to simplify and optimize solutions within the technology organization.

Qualifications

- Has a minimum of 3 years' experience in software engineering, ideally in Extreme Programming environments involving Test-Driven Development (TDD), Pair Programming, Simple Design, and Continuous Refactoring.
- At least 1 year of experience developing software with Flutter and Dart.
- Strong familiarity with the Flutter ecosystem including state management, dependency injection, and testing frameworks covering unit, widget, and integration tests.
- Basic knowledge of native mobile app development lifecycles for iOS and Android, including experience with Kotlin/Java and Swift/Objective-C frameworks.
- Proficient in automated testing with a strong focus on end-to-end quality assurance.
- Awareness of current mobile industry architectures, trends, and emerging technologies.
- Experience using analytics and A/B testing tools.
- Skilled with continuous integration and continuous delivery pipelines to maintain a stable, releasable codebase.
