Key Responsibilities
- Develop core backend services, libraries, APIs, and tools using C# and .NET to support engineering teams in delivering reliable and scalable products.
- Create modern web applications and user interfaces with Angular or similar frontend frameworks.
- Collaborate with squads, engineering teams, and architecture teams to design and maintain a robust, secure, and high-performing platform.
- Maintain high quality standards in coding, security, performance, accessibility, observability, and test coverage across frontend and backend systems.
- Participate in API design, application architecture, and user experience improvements to benefit engineers and end users.
- Mentor junior engineers, supporting their growth in technical skills and engineering maturity.
- Use AI-assisted development tools to enhance delivery speed, code quality, refactoring, and design decisions.

- Proficiency in C# and .NET development.
- Experience with frontend frameworks, preferably Angular; familiarity with other modern frontend technologies and eagerness to learn are welcomed.
- Strong grasp of web technologies including TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and modern frontend best practices.
- Expertise in API development and integration, specifically RESTful services.
- Experience with containerization and deployment operating tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, Octopus Deploy, and Azure Pipelines.
- Hands-on with cloud platforms, specifically Microsoft Azure.
- Familiarity with modern software delivery practices such as CI/CD, Agile workflows, and automated testing.
- Experience with AI-assisted code generation tools like GitHub Copilot or equivalents to boost productivity and code quality.
- A commitment to building high-quality software and foundational platform capabilities that other teams rely on.
