Overview

The Site CMPC Coordinator plays a crucial role in designing and supervising the execution of construction methodologies on-site. The coordinator guarantees compliance with project standards while optimizing cost, quality, and safety.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and tailor construction methods to fit each project's unique demands, site conditions, and resource availability.
  • Identify and select optimal techniques, including equipment and formwork, aligning with project goals.
  • Ensure all construction approaches meet design criteria, regulatory codes, industry regulations, and health and safety standards.
  • Suggest cost-efficient and improved construction methods that do not compromise safety or quality.
  • Regularly supervise on-site techniques, adjusting processes as necessary to tackle challenges and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Evaluate method effectiveness continually, recommending innovations driven by feedback or advancing technology.
  • Provide practical resolutions to technical or logistics challenges during method execution.
  • Plan infrastructure support such as access roads, logistics, and equipment, and design construction-enabling works as per project demands.
  • Prepare and update method reports and drawing submission plans aligned to project timelines.
  • Maintain documentation consistent with Quality Management Systems.
  • Record modifications in construction processes and document experiential learnings.

Site Management & Coordination

  • Serve as the primary liaison between internal teams and external stakeholders concerning construction methodologies.
  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with all relevant parties.
  • Participate in project review meetings to address practical challenges in method application, resolve conflicts, make adaptation decisions, and keep detailed minutes.
  • Collaborate closely with teams throughout various project stages to ensure seamless coordination.

Quality & Safety Compliance

  • Ensure construction methods uphold project quality standards and industry best practices.
  • Detect and rectify any deviations or non-compliance in procedures.
  • Advocate and implement safe work practices on construction sites to safeguard worker health and safety.
  • Enforce adherence to safety protocols consistent with legal and project-specific requirements.
  • Evaluate safety risks associated with construction methods and recommend preventive measures to avoid accidents or injuries.
