Position Overview

We are inviting applications for the role of Permit Processor based in Cutler Bay, FL. Responsibilities

• Interpret and analyze land measurements and legal property descriptions accurately.
• Review and understand building, site, development plans, and zoning maps effectively.
• Collaborate proficiently with other governmental agencies and interact courteously with the public.
• Communicate clearly and professionally in written form.
• Evaluate complex procedures to enhance the efficiency and quality of permit application reviews continuously.
• Handle customer interactions with tact while maintaining firmness when necessary.
• Preserve composure under stressful or demanding scenarios.
• Utilize personal computer systems for job-related tasks efficiently.

Qualifications

• Minimum education requirement: High School Diploma or GED.
• Previous municipal or construction administrative experience is preferred.
• Possess at least two years of office and customer service work experience.
