Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Javascript Developer to join our remote team on a contract basis. In this role, you will contribute your expertise to training advanced AI systems by providing high-quality, domain-specific input. Prior experience in AI is not necessary; what counts is your proficiency in frontend development and domain knowledge.

Primary Duties

• Create, enhance, and fine-tune robust frontend applications using advanced JavaScript methods.
• Work closely with diverse teams to convert business needs into user-friendly digital solutions.
• Guide technical architectural choices and support junior developers to uphold strong coding standards.
• Deploy modern frontend frameworks and libraries to build scalable and sustainable user interfaces.
• Perform code evaluations, give constructive critiques, and champion clean and efficient coding practices.
• Identify and solve complex technical challenges, focusing on performance optimization.
• Keep updated with emerging industry trends and integrate innovative tools and techniques to advance development processes.

Required Skills and Experience

• Vast experience in creating complex web applications utilizing JavaScript.
• Proficient with contemporary frontend frameworks such as React, Vue, or Angular along with state management solutions.
• Capability to write clear, sustainable, and well-documented code.
• Strong communication skills, both written and spoken, with emphasis on clarity and teamwork.
• Proven leadership in frontend architecture and development project ownership.
• Deep understanding of web performance tuning and responsive design methodologies.
• Experience collaborating in fully remote or geographically distributed teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience mentoring or coaching other software developers.
• Expertise in developing accessible and internationalized web applications.
• Familiar with automated testing frameworks, continuous integration and deployment pipelines, and version control systems.
