Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and guest-focused Room Attendant to join our team in Middleton, WI. The role centers on maintaining cleanliness and hospitality standards that reflect our company’s commitment to extraordinary service and operational excellence.

Core Duties and Responsibilities

• Thoroughly clean and disinfect guest rooms and public areas in alignment with company standards.
• Ensure all rooms are replenished with fresh linens, towels, and essential toiletries such as soap, tissues, and drinking glasses.
• Adhere strictly to all hotel safety and security protocols.
• Become familiar with hotel facilities, staff, services, hours of operation, and nearby amenities including surrounding malls and restaurants.
• Report any guest belongings left behind following established lost and found procedures.
• Perform other related tasks as directed.

Educational and Experience Requirements

• High school diploma or GED is required.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Effective team player mentality.

• Familiarity with hygiene and cleanliness standards.
