Dispatch Manager

Position Overview

We seek a Dispatch Manager experienced in overseeing order verification, dispatch workflow, and bridging communication between Sales and Warehouse departments at our Hosur facility.

Key Responsibilities

• Authenticate and process orders finalized by the Sales Team.
• Inspect products and models to confirm correct items are prepped for dispatch.
• Supervise dispatch and shipping procedures to ensure timely shipment.
• Monitor orders from sales completion through to final delivery.
• Facilitate coordination between Sales and Dispatch teams to assure efficient order execution.
• Detect and address any concerns related to dispatch or order processing.
• Maintain accurate logs of orders and disbursements.
• Take full accountability for end-to-end order fulfillment operations.

Candidate Requirements

• Holder of any bachelor's degree.
• At least 2 years of professional experience in warehouse, dispatch, or order management roles.
• Male applicants exclusively.
• Must currently reside in Hosur and possess relevant operational experience.
• Demonstrated strong skills in coordination, communication, and organizing multiple tasks.
• Capability to manage numerous orders and ensure follow-through until completion.

Employment Details

Salary: ₹20,000 per month

Work Location: Hosur, Tamil Nadu
