Role Overview
As a Developer Relations Manager, you will engage with a broad variety of developers within Enterprises, Government entities, Startups, and Independent Software Vendors (ISVs). Reporting to the APAC Head of Developer Ecosystems, you will lead efforts to integrate GPU Accelerated Computing within startups across Australia and New Zealand.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop deep expertise in AI applications for Robotics, Generative AI workflows, and Large Language Model (LLM) technologies, fostering ecosystems and partnerships.
- Actively identify AI challenges that could benefit from NVIDIA AI software acceleration, driving ideation, prioritization, and adoption.
- Promote NVIDIA’s tools, libraries, and SDKs with developers throughout ANZ to expedite their AI development processes.
- Explore new development workflows, identify adoption challenges, and provide feedback to product teams.
- Collaborate closely with partner managers, solution architects, business development, sales, and marketing teams.
- Utilize conferencing tools extensively and travel occasionally to ensure partner success and efficient job completion.
Required Qualifications and Skills
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science, or related fields.
- Over 10 years of professional experience in technical leadership roles developing GPU accelerated computing solutions.
- Practical experience with Generative AI, LLM ecosystems, and related technologies in startup, ISV, SaaS/platform, or cloud service provider environments.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities combined with a deep understanding and empathy for developers.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey value propositions clearly to both technical and executive audiences.
- Proven project management skills, involving planning, prioritizing, and managing multiple projects while coordinating with various collaborators.
- Up-to-date knowledge and experience with recent advancements in LLMs, Vision Language Models (VLMs), Agentic AI, and Generative AI.
- Hands-on experience designing and implementing software architectures and programming.
- Passion for AI and continuous self-improvement with strong goal orientation.
Preferred Experience
- Experience working with Machine Learning/Deep Learning frameworks and AIOps/MLOps ecosystems in cloud or on-premise environments.
- Background in software engineering and application development with a developer-centric mindset.
- Familiarity with NVIDIA AI software products such as NeMo, Triton, and RAPIDS.
