Responsibilities

As a Crew Member, you will handle food preparation and customer service duties across various stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo. You’ll receive thorough training to confidently perform at all stations and contribute to creating a welcoming atmosphere that our customers appreciate.

Requirements

• Be at least 16 years old
• Communicate effectively in the primary language(s) used at the location
• Possess a friendly and enthusiastic attitude
• Show passion for serving customers and helping team members
• Demonstrate eagerness to learn extensive cooking skills

Compensation and Benefits

• Hourly pay between $20.00 and $21.00, with eligibility for digital tips
• Complete tuition assistance for certain degrees or up to $5,250 annually
