About the Role
Smartcom seeks a skilled Computer Hardware Technician to offer technical assistance to clients and deploy computer hardware and networking solutions effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver technical support and resolve issues for customers.
- Install, set up, and maintain both hardware and software systems.
- Deploy and troubleshoot fundamental computer networking components.
- Identify and fix hardware and network-related problems promptly.
- Manage the setup and configuration of printers, routers, and other IT devices.
Qualifications and Skills
- Prior experience as a Computer Hardware Technician.
- Hands-on expertise in hardware support and networking tasks.
- Strong troubleshooting and customer service abilities.
- Knowledge of LAN cable crimping and punching is a beneficial asset.
- Understanding of CCTV and automation systems is a plus.
