Postcard Coffee Company is an emerging specialty café located in Gurgaon, Haryana, offering globally inspired coffee, craft coffee mocktails, and specialty beverages. The company is assembling its initial coffee team to deliver outstanding quality and service.

Role Overview

We are looking to fill two barista positions: Head Barista and Junior Barista. Both positions require experience in specialty coffee preparation and enthusiasm for craft coffee culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare espresso shots with precision and consistency.
• Texturize milk and create latte art to enhance beverage presentation.
• Develop and serve craft coffee-based mocktails.
• For Head Barista: Lead and train a small team during service hours, ensuring smooth operations at the coffee counter.

Requirements and Eligibility

• Head Barista: Minimum 2 to 3 years of barista experience, including at least 1 year in a leadership role at a specialty or trendy café.
• Junior Barista: 1 to 1.5 years of barista experience, ideally at a popular café, with a keen desire to develop skills in craft coffee and mocktail preparation.
• Good spoken English and effective communication abilities.
• Presentable and well-groomed appearance.
• Based in or near Gurgaon preferred.
• Available to join between 20th and 22nd September 2026.

Compensation and Benefits

• Head Barista salary range: ₹32,000 to ₹35,000 per month.
• Junior Barista salary range: ₹22,000 to ₹25,000 per month.
• Rental allowance may be negotiable; accommodation is not provided.
