Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist Store Manager in overseeing all station store operations
- Participate in hiring, supervising, supporting staff, and ensuring execution of daily tasks
- Perform bookkeeping and merchandising duties
- Maintain exceptional service quality and store standards
- Demonstrate effective onsite attendance and punctuality
- Implement the company food program standards
- Exemplify leadership through patience, urgency, and customer care

Preferred Qualifications

Physical Demands
- Ability to stand or walk up to 8 hours per shift
- Lift and carry up to 30 pounds for up to 30 minutes per shift
- Occasional lifting of up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level
- Push or pull with arms applying up to 20 pounds of force
- Bending with some twisting for up to one hour per shift
- Manual dexterity requiring eye-hand coordination possibly including ladder use
