Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in overseeing all station store operations
• Participate in hiring, supervising, supporting staff, and ensuring execution of daily tasks
• Perform bookkeeping and merchandising duties
• Maintain exceptional service quality and store standards
• Demonstrate effective onsite attendance and punctuality
• Implement the company food program standards
• Exemplify leadership through patience, urgency, and customer care

Physical Demands

• Ability to stand or walk up to 8 hours per shift
• Lift and carry up to 30 pounds for up to 30 minutes per shift
• Occasional lifting of up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level
• Push or pull with arms applying up to 20 pounds of force
• Bending with some twisting for up to one hour per shift
• Manual dexterity requiring eye-hand coordination possibly including ladder use
