Internship Overview
This internship provides an opportunity to assist in recruitment processes from a remote setting. The selected intern will collaborate closely with internal teams to comprehend current hiring demands, role criteria, and recruitment schedules.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with internal stakeholders to gather detailed hiring needs and role specifications.
- Evaluate candidate applications sourced from various channels to create a shortlist according to established selection standards.
- Handle the preliminary stages of recruitment, including reaching out to candidates, organizing interviews, and maintaining follow-up communications.
- Execute a significant daily outreach effort of up to 120 calls to verify candidate availability, interest, and relay interview updates.
- Monitor recruitment progress by updating hiring pipelines and generating regular status reports to facilitate timely closure of open roles.
- Ensure meticulous entry and management of candidate information within internal systems and recruitment trackers.
- Deliver a positive candidate experience with professional, consistent, and prompt communication throughout the hiring journey.

- Must be available for remote work throughout the internship duration.
- Should be able to commence the internship between August 27, 2026, and October 1, 2026.
- Available for a continuous six-month commitment.

Additional Details
