About the internship
Internship Overview
This remote, part-time internship offers dedicated support in financial documentation and reporting. Interns will engage in activities such as entering financial data, maintaining records, preparing invoices, managing accounts payable and receivable, and supporting budget and cash flow tracking. Under supervision, interns will assist with bank reconciliations and audit documentation, while using tools like Microsoft Excel and accounting software to enhance financial accuracy and efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Assist in entering and organizing financial data and records.
- Support preparation of invoices, bills, receipts, and payment documentation.
- Maintain and update financial spreadsheets and reports regularly.
- Help manage accounts payable and receivable operations.
- Track and monitor expenses, budgets, and cash flows effectively.
- Conduct basic analysis of financial data and highlight inconsistencies.
- Aid in bank and account reconciliation processes.
- Prepare monthly and periodic financial reports with accuracy.
