Job Overview

Key Duties

• Implement visual, commercial, and styling strategies according to store policies and scheduled calendars to improve customer engagement and increase sales.
• Evaluate sales data, maintain adequate inventory, ensure garment quality, and identify visual and commercial enhancement opportunities alongside Store Management.
• Utilize trend awareness and competitor analysis to mentor and develop the store team, enhancing their capability to provide exceptional customer service.
• Positively personify the brand in all interactions with customers.
• Assist the Sales Market team with store development and expansion initiatives.

Team Collaboration

Our retail stores are the core of our brand experience, where customers interact directly with our products. As part of a dynamic Store Team, including Sales Advisors, Managers, Visual Merchandisers, and other key roles, you will help create an inspiring and welcoming environment. Collaboration extends to the Area Team, where store insights are shared to collectively drive success. Your work will support customers in feeling confident and expressing their style through current trends and classic designs. Building impactful connections with customers helps us make fashion both accessible and sustainable.

Candidate Profile

• Proven experience in visual merchandising and commercial management within a fast-paced setting, demonstrating a problem-solving approach.
• Competency in managing and interpreting sales reports and sales dynamics effectively.

Additional Information
