Role Summary

We are seeking courteous and dependable Valet Drivers who prioritize safety and enjoy engaging with customers. Join a supportive team environment where many Valets have grown into successful roles.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding service by promptly addressing client requests and resolving issues, proactively communicating to ensure client satisfaction.
• Conduct thorough vehicle inspections before parking, documenting all observations carefully.
• Clearly communicate valet pricing to clients.
• Follow all traffic regulations and practice safe driving at all times.
• Report any accidents, hazards, unusual incidents, or policy breaches immediately to management.
• Maintain strong knowledge of local streets, landmarks, and highways for seamless customer transportation experiences.
• Arrive promptly in clean, complete uniform, ready for each scheduled shift.
• Adhere to uniform standards throughout the entire work period.
• Support management with additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Possess a valid state driver’s license with a current address and clean driving record.
• Ability to operate manual transmission vehicles is advantageous.
• Willingness to work varied shifts including evenings, nights, and weekends as needed.
• Legal eligibility to work in the United States with proper documentation.
• Strong communication skills to provide accurate information and professionally address customer inquiries or concerns.
• Basic math skills including understanding US currency for transactions.
• Able to follow both written and oral instructions, adapt to changes, delays, and unexpected situations calmly.

Physical Requirements

This role involves standing, walking, and manual handling of cash and equipment frequently. Occasionally, sitting, climbing, balancing, and lifting up to 25 pounds are required. Reasonable accommodations are available for disabilities.

Compensation and Benefits

The pay rate starts at $20.00 per hour plus tips. Eligible employees have access to comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision insurance, flexible spending accounts, disability coverage, life and accident insurance, 401(k), and paid time off.
