About the Role
We are seeking a warm, confident, and enthusiastic Telecalling Executive to join our dental clinic's team based in Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh, India.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact and follow up with patients who have shown interest through advertising and marketing efforts.
- Communicate treatment details and promotional offers clearly to prospective patients.
- Convert patient inquiries into confirmed appointments.
- Maintain continuous follow-up with current and potential patients to foster engagement.
- Keep accurate records of all patient inquiries.
- Collaborate with the clinic staff to ensure seamless patient experiences during visits.
Candidate Requirements
- Excellent communication skills in both Telugu and English, with confidence in speaking.
- A positive and proactive attitude coupled with strong follow-up abilities.
- Prior experience in telecalling roles within healthcare or dental sectors is preferred.
Remuneration
The monthly salary for this position ranges from 15,000 to 22,000 INR.
