Position Overview

Candidate Profile

• Currently pursuing or possessing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Recent graduates up to Summer 2026 or professionals with up to 18 months of professional experience.
• Strong understanding of computer science fundamentals including data structures, algorithms, and software design principles.
• Experience in one or more programming languages such as C++, Go, Ruby, Python, Java, JavaScript, Node.js or comparable high-level languages.
• History of writing and testing software, whether through internships, personal projects, coding competitions, or academic research.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and test software components using high-level programming languages including those frequently used at MongoDB.
• Design, implement, and maintain new product features utilizing your expertise in algorithms and software design.
• Lead software initiatives aimed at improving user experience with MongoDB deployments.
• Investigate and resolve issues by balancing team objectives and problem contexts.
• Maintain a blend of software delivery and research activities.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional groups to deliver high-quality features to end users.
