Role Overview

This fully remote, full-time role demands a recruiter experienced primarily in consultancy settings under target-driven environments. The individual will oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle: sourcing talent from diverse channels, resume evaluation, initial candidate interviews, and synchronizing client-side selection procedures. Building and sustaining candidate pipelines aligned with varying client needs is crucial alongside fulfilling placement quotas and performance objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes across multiple client mandates.
• Source candidates via job portals, professional networks, and social media.
• Screen resumes and conduct preliminary interviews.
• Coordinate recruitment workflows between candidates and client organizations.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records and prepare hiring progress reports.
• Collaborate closely with clients to comprehend role needs and provide consistent updates.
• Continuously refine sourcing strategies for improved candidate acquisition.

Qualifications & Skills

• Demonstrated ability in talent acquisition including candidate sourcing, screening, and conducting interviews.
• Proven track record working in consultancy or agency recruitment environments with consistent target achievement.
• Expertise using ATS/CRM platforms, job boards, professional networking sites, and social media for candidate pipeline management.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills facilitating effective candidate and client engagement and offer negotiations.
• Well-developed organizational and time management skills capable of handling multiple simultaneous recruitment assignments remotely.
• Fundamental knowledge of HR policies, recruitment compliance, and professional ethics.
• Previous experience recruiting for marketing, digital, or corporate functions is beneficial.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or relevant disciplines, or comparable professional experience.

Additional Information

Budget for this position is up to ₹15,000 per month. The role is based fully remotely, allowing flexible work location.
