Job description
Your Impact
We are seeking a motivated and well-organized Supply Chain Portfolio Planner for an 18-month fixed term position based at our manufacturing site in Papakura, New Zealand. In this role, you will play a key part in facilitating the successful execution of a project focused on legislative updates to packaging, alongside supporting new product launches by coordinating supply chain activities across essential teams.
You will collaborate closely with Planning, Logistics, Procurement, and Project teams to ensure timelines are met and processes run smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate schedules for packaging updates and product modifications
- Support material procurement and inventory planning to guarantee timely arrivals
- Ensure alignment between supply plans and launch requirements by liaising with cross-functional teams
- Maintain transparent and regular communication across business units to report on progress
- Assist in identifying and reducing waste along with mitigating stock-related issues
About You
You are an organized individual with strong communication skills who thrives on collaborating with others to accomplish objectives. You enjoy problem-solving, managing detailed tasks, and gaining insights into the inner workings of supply chains.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in supply chain, planning, or logistics; familiarity with FMCG is advantageous
- Proficient in Excel and comfortable with supply chain planning tools or software
- Excellent organizational skills coupled with the ability to balance multiple priorities
- A collaborative team player with eagerness to learn and grow
