Job description
Role Overview
Datamatics Technologies is seeking a seasoned Manager specializing in Technical Infrastructure to oversee and manage enterprise IT infrastructure operations located in Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. This is a long-term, onsite position ideal for Indian nationals currently residing and working in KSA, requiring significant experience in managing critical IT platforms and processes.
Core Responsibilities
- Lead comprehensive operations encompassing Data Center Infrastructure, Server and Virtualization Platforms, Network Infrastructure (LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, SD-WAN), Linux and Unix Platforms, Deskside Support, SOC and NOC functions, as well as Storage and Backup systems.
- Ensure high availability and operational preparedness of infrastructure services.
- Implement proactive monitoring alongside incident, problem management, and root cause investigations.
- Maintain system uptime, capacity, reliability, and performance aligned with business expectations.
- Establish, maintain, and monitor SLA, OLA, KPI, and uptime targets to meet agreed standards.
- Lead critical incident management and oversee service restorations effectively.
- Design operational dashboards and executive-level reporting on service performance metrics.
- Adhere to ITIL best practices and maintain robust service management processes.
Required Qualifications and Expertise
- Minimum 12-13 years of relevant experience managing complex IT infrastructure.
- Proven leadership managing teams of over 25 personnel across diverse technology domains including helpdesk, servers, network, and cloud environments.
- Deep practical understanding of ITIL and ISO frameworks and processes.
- Strong technical command in at least two technology areas relevant to the infrastructure domain.
- Experience with automation and AI concepts applied in IT operational contexts.
- Awareness and experience in risk and compliance management within IT infrastructure.
- Capable of driving continuous service improvement plans.
Preferred Background
- Experience working within IT service companies such as Wipro, Cognizant, LTI, or similar enterprises is advantageous.
Additional Details
The candidate must currently be residing in and employed within KSA, with a strong inclination towards progressive technology adoption including Agentic AI to enhance operational efficiencies.
