Role Overview and Responsibilities

  • Oversee and coordinate maintenance requests throughout the Petstock store and support office network to guarantee prompt and efficient issues resolution.
  • Manage creation and tracking of work orders, engaging with contractors, service providers, landlords, and essential internal stakeholders.
  • Closely monitor all maintenance activities to ensure completion within agreed service level agreements.
  • Support and assist with preventative maintenance programs and essential services to keep facilities operating smoothly.
  • Maintain detailed systems, records, and reports related to maintenance operations for accuracy and transparency.
  • Develop and nurture strong partnerships internally and externally with service providers and contractors.
  • Analyze maintenance performance metrics and suggest improvements to enhance efficiency and quality.
  • Ensure full compliance with safety regulations, occupational health and safety standards, and applicable building codes during all maintenance activities.

Candidate Profile

  • Proven experience in maintenance coordination, facilities management, property oversight, or related operational roles.
  • Exceptional organisational skills enabling effective management of multiple simultaneous priorities.
  • Excellent communication abilities and stakeholder engagement skills to liaise across diverse groups.
  • A proactive mindset with a solution-oriented approach to challenges.
  • Keen attention to detail ensuring administrative and operational accuracy.
  • Strong interpersonal skills to foster positive relationships with contractors and internal teams.
  • Valuable experience working alongside service providers, tradespeople, landlords, or property managers will be highly regarded.
  • Dedicated to health and safety standards, continuous improvement initiatives, and delivering outstanding service quality.
