Role Overview

Join the Infrastructure team within the Platform Engineering division, where we are building an AI-native platform aimed at empowering over 150 internal developers. Our guiding principle is to shorten the path from idea to value for both the platform developers and the end clients by offering a secure, smooth, and fast platform accelerated by AI capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain cloud infrastructure, primarily on AWS, using infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform to ensure environments are reproducible for both developers and agents.
• Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions, incorporating safeguards that default secure deployments to developers and agents.
• Administer and scale multi-region Kubernetes clusters efficiently.
• Maintain and improve Helm charts and deployment workflows to ensure reusability and stability.
• Enhance observability by capturing signals and feeding them into AI-assisted remediation processes.
• Strengthen infrastructure security through image analysis, policy-as-code, network segmentation, and firewall configuration.
• Collaborate closely with product teams to fulfill their infrastructure requirements.
• Empower developers and agents to independently deploy and manage their services.
• Participate in on-call rotation duties.

Candidate Profile

• A minimum of 5 years experience in DevOps, cloud infrastructure, or software development.
• An AI-oriented mindset ensuring all solutions adhere to AI-native standards.
• Strong expertise with cloud platforms, preferably AWS; experience with Azure or GCP is transferable.
• Proven experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines alongside deployment management.
• Expertise in Kubernetes administration.
• Working knowledge of Docker and containerized applications.
• Proficiency with observability tools and practices.
• Excellent collaboration skills, supporting development teams effectively.
• Strong communication abilities to explain platform complexity and trade-offs to stakeholders clearly.
• Fluent English, both spoken and written.

Compensation Details

The salary range for this role is CAD 107,000 to 195,000 annually. Additional compensation may include commission, bonuses, and equity, which vary by role and location. Benefits packages differ by country; candidates will receive detailed information from the recruiter.
