About the Role
This opportunity is for a General Manager position at a McDonald's restaurant operated by Opstad Consolidated Enterprises, Inc., an independent franchisee separate from McDonald’s USA. If hired, your employment and related HR matters such as hiring, discipline, and scheduling will be handled solely by the franchisee independent of McDonald’s USA.
Job Overview
The General Manager will oversee all aspects of running a profitable restaurant, ensuring it consistently meets McDonald's high standards for quality, service, and cleanliness. You'll collaborate with your leadership to establish goals and develop actionable plans to achieve success.
This leadership role involves managing Department Managers, assisting them in goal setting, monitoring their progress, and coaching them to enhance their departments’ performance which drives overall restaurant improvement.
You will also be accountable for recruiting and nurturing Department and Shift Managers to build a strong future leadership team.
Candidate Requirements
Applicants must have prior experience as a General Manager. Proven background in quick service restaurant management or prior experience within McDonald's management roles is essential.
Employment Terms and Benefits
- Competitive weekly pay ranging from $1,124.20 to $1,200, negotiable based on experience
- Annual salary between $58,000 and $65,000
- Monthly bonus incentives
