General Manager

Job Overview

CedarBridge Capital Partners is seeking a seasoned General Manager for a reputed and expanding veterinary clinic group based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role entails leading operations across multiple clinic locations, providing clinical and medical oversight, and driving strategic growth initiatives. This position reports directly to ownership and holds complete profit and loss responsibility.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Manage full profit and loss accountability alongside overall operational performance across all clinics.
• Lead, mentor, and develop heads of departments including clinical operations, finance, human resources, and marketing teams.
• Formulate and execute expansion plans involving new service lines and clinic locations.
• Establish and track key performance indicators to ensure business targets are met.
• Supervise clinical operations and coordinate with Medical Directors to maintain medical leadership and service quality.
• Ensure uniform clinical standards and service excellence across all branches.
• Manage relationships with vendors, suppliers, and strategic partners.
• Lead annual budgeting and financial forecasting collaboratively with the finance department.
• Provide detailed performance reports and strategic advice to the ownership.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum of 10 years in senior operational leadership roles, preferably within multi-site healthcare or veterinary enterprises.
• Demonstrated experience in managing profit and loss and driving business growth and scaling.
• Experience in overseeing clinical or medical teams is highly desirable.
• Strong proficiency in financial management including budgeting, forecasting, and performance tracking.
• Fluency in English is mandatory; knowledge of Arabic is advantageous.
