Job Responsibilities

• Architect, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack software solutions leveraging Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, ReactJS, and related technologies.
• Create secure, high-performance backend services and RESTful APIs supporting enterprise applications.
• Design event-driven systems and distributed applications using Apache Kafka, including building Kafka producers and consumers, managing message processing and asynchronous workflows.
• Develop reusable and responsive UI components with ReactJS, Redux, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Deploy and manage applications on cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Implement AI-powered features by integrating Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), relevant APIs, and cloud AI services within business applications.
• Collaborate in architecture and technical design discussions to ensure systems are scalable, resilient, and highly available.
• Conduct code reviews, troubleshoot issues, optimize performance, and support production environments.
• Use AI-assisted development tools to enhance coding quality, testing efficiency, and documentation.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams including Product Owners, Architects, QA, and DevOps to deliver robust software solutions.
• Adhere to security best practices encompassing secure coding, application and cloud security, data privacy, and ethical AI usage.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for development processes and engineering standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in Java/J2EE programming.
• Proficient with Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Security, and Spring Cloud frameworks.
• Experience designing and implementing Microservices-based architectures.
• Hands-on expertise with Apache Kafka, including producer/consumer development, topic management, and event-driven architecture.
• Strong front-end skills using ReactJS, Redux, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML, and CSS.
• Familiarity with RESTful services, JSON, and third-party system integrations.
• Practical experience with at least one cloud provider (AWS, Azure, GCP) and cloud-native development principles.
• Solid grasp of software design patterns, object-oriented programming, SOLID principles, Clean Architecture, and scalable system design.
• Exposure to Generative AI development, including Large Language Models such as OpenAI, Anthropic, or Gemini platforms.
• Experience integrating AI services, prompt engineering, prompt optimization, and use of AI workflows like Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG).
• Knowledge of vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Azure AI Search, Milvus) and AI agent orchestration frameworks (e.g., LangChain, Semantic Kernel) is advantageous.
• Strong understanding of AI application security concerns such as prompt injection and data protection.
• Experience working with Git, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD tools including Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or Azure DevOps.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum software development processes.

AI / Generative AI Expertise

• In-depth knowledge of Generative AI architectures and practical use cases for enterprise applications.
• Integration of LLM APIs and cloud AI SDKs to build intelligent features like semantic search, summarization, classification, and conversational interfaces.
• Understanding of document processing techniques such as ingestion, chunking, embeddings, and context management.
• Experience with AI-driven orchestration and multi-step workflows supporting business automation.

Cloud and DevOps Proficiencies

• Hands-on deployment and operations experience on AWS, Azure, or GCP with core cloud services.
• Knowledge of containerization and orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Implementing Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery pipelines through tools like Jenkins or Azure DevOps.
• Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code using Terraform, CloudFormation, or equivalent technologies.
• Monitoring, logging, and observability practices to maintain system health and performance.
