Roles and Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans effectively.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper functioning of the dish room and dishwashing machines.
• Restock all kitchenware and ensure storage areas are tidy and organized.
• Handle garbage removal responsibly.
• Disassemble, clean, and sanitize dish machines at shift end.
• Assist in cleaning other restaurant areas as needed.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications and Skills

• High school education is preferred.
• Previous experience in a similar dish steward or related role is required.
• Flexibility to work varied hours and shifts.
• Ability to multitask and maintain effective teamwork.

Additional Information

The hiring process may include a phone interview, manager interviews, drug screening, background and reference checks, and potential assessments. Paid Time Off eligibility and detailed compensation will be discussed during interviews. This role qualifies for tipped employee status. Compensation

The compensation for this position is approximately $15 per hour.
