Role Overview

This role seeks a seasoned Data Scientist with over five years of experience specializing in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning at an enterprise level. The candidate will contribute to the development, testing, and deployment of AI applications, with a focus on generative AI and large language models (LLMs).

Key Responsibilities

• Apply hands-on expertise in the data science ecosystem and develop machine learning solutions.
• Lead the design, implementation, and verification of end-to-end AI applications within enterprise environments.
• Develop Python applications with strong proficiency.
• Work extensively with generative AI technologies and LLM frameworks, prioritizing OpenAI models or suitable alternatives.
• Engage in prompt engineering, fine-tuning models, and implementing Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) techniques.
• Integrate DevOps methodologies, including CI/CD pipelines and version control, into the data science lifecycle.
• Ensure compliance with AI safety and data governance standards throughout development.
• Utilize cloud platforms to build and deploy machine learning models.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including data scientists, engineers, and front-end developers, to create and enhance AI platforms such as internal tools similar to ChatGPT for automating routine tasks.
• Train and fine-tune large-scale LLMs and GPT-based models to deliver precise and high-performing solutions.
• Keep abreast of the latest developments in language and generative modeling as well as machine learning research.
• Drive innovation focused on dependable industrial data insights and collaborative technologies.
