Job description

About AIOS

AIOS is pioneering the creation of the world’s first fully integrated AI doctor. Having achieved $400M in annual recurring revenue (ARR), our rapid growth from $10M to $400M within the past year demonstrates our status as the fastest-growing AI doctor globally. With over 200,000 monthly patients served through our flagship UK brand, Bolt Pharmacy, we operate profitably while maintaining a strong growth trajectory.

Our strategy focuses on leveraging the booming GLP-1 market, a rapidly expanding healthcare product, to capture a significant share of the $2 trillion European healthcare market, an arena often overlooked by top innovators. Our multi-step growth plan aims to reach $100M by 2025, scale to $1B ARR by 2026, expand across Europe to $10B by 2028, achieve regulatory approval for autonomous prescribing by 2031, and become a trillion-dollar global healthcare company by 2035.

Role Overview

As the Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Lead at AIOS, you will be responsible for maintaining a continuous and efficient experimentation process across our sales funnel, including landing pages, intake flows, and checkout. Your role involves managing ideation, quality assurance, project coordination, and analyzing test results to optimize paid efficiency and unit economics, ensuring scalable growth as we expand within the UK and into the EU markets.

This is a hands-on position where you will work directly with tools such as Omniconvert, PostHog, and HEX, though remaining adaptable to various technologies. You will report to the Head of CRO and collaborate closely with a small, dedicated CRO and web team comprised of Growth Engineers and a Growth Designer. The role offers full-time remote working, with flexible hours that overlap with European and US time zones.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintaining a prioritized and continuous pipeline of well-researched test hypotheses derived from analytics, session recordings, user research, and paid performance data.
  • Designing experiments with clear hypotheses, metrics, sample sizes, and controls to ensure actionable results.
  • Conducting thorough quality assurance across all variants, devices, and scenarios to prevent broken or non-compliant user experiences.
  • Analyzing results rigorously with statistical methods, confidently interpreting outcomes and providing clear, actionable readouts.
  • Managing coordination between Growth Engineers and Designers to sustain project momentum and ensure no bottlenecks.
  • Delivering clear, regular reporting on tests conducted, learnings from results, and upcoming roadmap initiatives that are accessible to the broader team.

Candidate Profile

  • Proven experience exceeding four years leading numerous high-velocity CRO experiments within direct-to-consumer ecommerce environments, managing hundreds of tests simultaneously.
  • Demonstrated ability to independently own end-to-end testing processes including hypothesis generation, setup, QA, and result reporting without reliance on external agencies.
  • Deep understanding of sales funnels, especially how CRO impacts paid acquisition efficiency, customer acquisition cost, landing page experience, and quality metrics.
  • A skilled data analyst with sharp curiosity and capability to investigate segmented behavioral data and actionable insights.
  • Strong organizational skills that enable effective prioritization, clear documentation, and consistent communication to facilitate team alignment.
  • Comfort with autonomous work environments demanding high ownership, pace, and outcome measurement.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of advanced statistical methods including significance testing, power analysis, and sequential experiments.
  • Experience with qualitative and quantitative research methods such as heatmaps, session recordings, surveys, and usability testing to inform hypothesis generation.
  • Previous involvement in regulated industries requiring compliance-conscious testing and deployment.
  • Technical awareness of web technologies and data systems to translate concepts into precise development requests and conduct thorough QA.
  • Experience running multi-market CRO initiatives, especially within UK and European contexts.

Company Culture

  • Deep commitment to transforming healthcare and serving 100 million patients by 2035 with ethical integrity and transparency.
  • Relentless pursuit of excellence and speed, embracing challenges with a high sense of urgency.
  • Focus on candor, resourcefulness, frugality, and sustained disciplined focus on impactful work.
  • Driven by mission obsession and belief in shaping the healthcare landscape innovatively and responsibly.

Compensation and Benefits

This role offers an attractive salary range of $80,000 to $120,000 annually, inclusive of early-stage equity opportunities. Additional benefits include comprehensive healthcare coverage where applicable, remote-first working, generous budgets for professional development and wellness, complimentary GLP-1 clinic membership, ongoing health and work coaching, and full provision of necessary work equipment like Macbooks.
