Position Summary
The Contract Governance & Documentation Intelligence Specialist is a critical role focused on handling contract governance and insurance-related documentation. Reporting directly to the Senior Contract Manager, this position involves preparing, organizing, systematizing, and escalating complex documents that influence financial flows and operational effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities
- Efficiently draft and oversee Master Service Agreements, Insertion Orders, Vendor and Trade Agreements, Service Level Agreements, and contractual amendments on a daily basis.
- Refine and enhance contract templates, proactively managing revisions to minimize delays.
- Develop detailed insurance claim documentation that clearly outlines chronological events and causal relationships, aiming to reduce review cycles and expedite approvals.
- Utilize GPT and large language model (LLM) AI technology to accelerate drafting processes, analyze contract revisions, identify risks, and enhance clause structure.
- Create scalable systems including smart templates, modular clause libraries, and structured workflow processes (such as using Airtable) for repeatable tasks.
- Maintain rigorous documentation repository standards, including version control, naming protocols, and audit readiness.
Qualifications
- Possession of an LLB or JD degree.
- Substantial experience in managing large volumes of contract drafting, request-for-execution (RFx) environments, and structuring service level agreements.
- Preferred experience includes working with insurance-related documentation.
- Proficiency in AI-based text generation tools (GPT/LLM), digital contract workflow software, and structured data management systems like Airtable.
