The role requires qualifying leads based on interest, budget, and needs followed by maintaining accurate CRM records. Regular follow-ups and collaboration with the sales and marketing teams are key to optimizing conversion rates and achieving set targets.
Responsibilities
- Contact warm leads to assess interest and match their requirements with company services.
- Converse effectively to identify client needs and offer tailored service information.
- Qualify prospects by evaluating their budget, interest level, and requirements.
- Keep detailed and updated records of each interaction in the CRM system.
- Follow up consistently to address any queries and nurture lead relationships.
- Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to enhance conversion success.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls and lead conversions.
