Internship Overview
This internship at Cracckify is focused on operations coordination, primarily involving scheduling mentor activities and managing communication with students. Interns will facilitate smooth interactions between students and coaches and handle organizational tasks remotely. The work is part-time and fully work-from-home, lasting three months.
Key Responsibilities
- Organize and manage scheduling of one-on-one mentor sessions between students and coaches, ensuring all confirmations and reminders are sent out timely.
- Download recordings of classes and mentor calls, then upload them to designated Drive folders or Learning Management Systems.
- Create and distribute resource materials such as notes and assignments following each call.
- Maintain communication with students over WhatsApp for scheduling, reminders, and delivering resources.
