We are seeking Tele Sales professionals for a prominent manufacturing firm located in Ludhiana. This opportunity welcomes candidates with no prior experience as well as those with up to 3 years in telecalling or sales roles.
Location and Qualifications
Position based in Ludhiana. Candidates should have completed Graduation or 10+2 education.
Compensation
Salary ranges between 10,000 to 15,000 INR per month, along with performance-based incentives.
Key Responsibilities
- Initiate and qualify sales leads primarily through cold calling.
- Maintain, track, and consistently follow up on prospective client leads via phone calls.
- Deliver sales presentations remotely using phone and screen sharing technologies.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as established by the company.
- Prepare and update regular activity reports reflecting sales efforts and outcomes.
