Role Overview

At Checkers & Rally’s, our Corporate Field Operations team is devoted to delivering outstanding service to Franchisees, Teams, and Guests. As a Team Member, you will contribute by offering excellent guest service alongside quick, bold food preparation to ensure the restaurant remains the top choice for guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Enhance sales and profitability by focusing on guest satisfaction.
• Communicate any guest concerns or suggestions promptly to the General Manager.
• Recognize and attend to guests' needs proactively.
• Complete required cross-training and certifications across various positions.
• Follow all policies and procedures to boost satisfaction for both guests and employees.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and enjoyable environment for guests and team members alike.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Previous experience in guest service or food preparation is advantageous.
• Basic mathematical skills are essential.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including extended hours.
• High energy and stamina to thrive in a fast-paced setting.

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Food Safety Certification is a plus.
