Key Responsibilities

• Drive the store's sales performance by meeting sales plans and comp sales goals.
• Recruit, develop, and retain a highly collaborative, passionate team to partner with you in managing the store efficiently.
• Engage with customers and create buzz by leveraging social media, store web tools, and clienteling strategies.
• Maintain smooth operations by balancing organizational structure, delegation, autonomy, and prioritizing customer-first selling practices.
• Manage shrinkage/loss prevention measures, schedule payroll hours effectively, and monitor external factors impacting business performance.
• Communicate retail trends and customer feedback collaboratively with retail leadership and headquarters partners.
• Analyze sales reports and utilize data to inform strategies aimed at achieving sales targets.
• Implement and enforce company policies, adapt to new technologies, responsibly manage supply ownership and expenditures.
• Ensure effective merchandising using planograms, launching promotions punctually to maximize sales.
• Mentor and grow a talented, motivated team through continuous feedback, recognition, and development opportunities.

Candidate Requirements

• Possess 1 to 2 years of retail store management experience with demonstrated success in team leadership.
• Strong communication, recruiting, and operations skills including payroll, reporting, scheduling, and merchandising.
• High school diploma or GED required; higher education preferred.
• Ability to adapt well in a fast-paced retail environment and handle unpredictable situations.
• Interest in pop culture fandoms and music trends with an open and inquisitive mindset.
• Physical capability to navigate the store, handle approved store equipment, and manage merchandise boxes weighing up to 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodations.

Compensation & Additional Information

The hourly wage for this position ranges from $22.75 to $28.45. Final salary is influenced by factors such as education, location, experience, training, and meeting minimum job qualifications.
