Compensation and Benefits

The pay range for this position is anticipated between $25.25 and $27.78 per hour, depending on factors such as location, skills, knowledge, education, and experience. Additionally, the role qualifies for a monthly bonus. Eligible employees may participate in the company 401(k) plan with matching contributions. Paid time off accrual can reach up to 152 hours yearly (covering PTO, floating holidays, and paid holidays), alongside up to 64 hours of paid sick leave per year, or as required by law. Our store operates from 6 AM to 10 PM, offering considerate scheduling during these hours.

Key Responsibilities

• Demonstrate and uphold outstanding customer service standards
• Ensure the store is kept safe, clean, and well-organized
• Receive cross-training in all aspects of store operations, including stocking and sales duties
• Lead, mentor, and support teammates to foster development
• Act as the Shift Leader (Leader on Duty) when scheduled
• Maintain expertise in your role and embody the behaviors that make this a great workplace
• Oversee stock levels, ensuring products are properly priced and available
• Perform additional tasks as assigned
