About the Role

We seek a Process Mapping Specialist skilled in Microsoft Visio to join immediately and aid in documenting, designing, and optimizing company-wide business procedures. This role involves close collaboration with different stakeholders to produce precise process maps, workflows, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) that support ongoing process enhancement efforts.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and update process maps, workflows, and SOPs leveraging Microsoft Visio.
• Work with stakeholders to capture and document comprehensive end-to-end business processes.
• Evaluate and enhance existing processes to boost operational efficiency.
• Guarantee that process documentation remains accurate, standardized, and adheres to governance standards.

Requirements
