Packages and Dispatch Manager (B2B OTA)

Overview

Sero is an online B2B travel platform specializing in services related to Hajj, Umrah, and tourism within Saudi Arabia. We seek an experienced professional skilled in designing and executing travel packages abroad and managing their reception on the ground locally.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, price, and structure pilgrimage and tourism packages tailored for our B2B agent network.
• Build and lead dispatch teams operating in primary source markets including the Far East, South Asia, and Arab regions.
• Oversee the entire dispatch process, starting from bookings made at origin locations to arrivals within Saudi Arabia.
• Manage ground reception and handling for arriving travel groups.
• Establish and nurture relationships with agents and suppliers in each market, setting operational standards for these teams.

Candidate Profile

• Strong practical experience in air ticketing, hotel contracting, inbound tourism, and outbound operations.
• Demonstrated success in creating and managing teams across multiple countries.
• Thorough understanding of at least one of the key source markets: Indonesia, Malaysia, Pakistan, India, Bangladesh, or the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC).
• Fluency in both Arabic and English is essential.
• Must be currently based in Saudi Arabia or willing to relocate.
