Role Overview

This fully on-site position in Gurugram seeks a proficient .NET Developer to design, build, and maintain web and backend solutions employing .NET Core and ASP.NET MVC frameworks. The candidate will adhere to object-oriented programming concepts and software industry best practices. Key daily tasks encompass writing clean and effective code, performing code reviews, troubleshooting and resolving technical challenges, and working with cross-functional teams to convert business requirements into practical technical implementations. The role also includes enhancing application performance, participating in architectural planning, and upholding security, reliability, and scalability standards.

Candidate Profile and Qualifications

• Strong programming skills with a solid grasp of object-oriented programming concepts.
• Hands-on experience developing web applications and APIs using .NET Core and ASP.NET MVC.
• Comprehensive understanding of the complete software development lifecycle: design, development, testing, and deployment.
• Competence with relational database systems such as SQL Server, including writing optimized queries.
• Familiarity with version control systems like Git and experience working within collaborative development processes.
• Awareness of secure coding standards and foundational knowledge of application performance tuning.
• Ability and willingness to work on-site in Gurugram, collaborate effectively within teams, and communicate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Educational qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline, or commensurate practical experience.
