About the Role

LuLu Group India invites talented individuals to apply for the position of Motion Graphic Designer at their Lulu Mall Calicut location in Kozhikode, Kerala. This is a full-time position where immediate joiners are preferred. Candidates should hold a Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Animation, Visual Communication, or a related discipline with 2 to 5 years of relevant experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Create compelling motion graphic content and animations tailored for digital marketing campaigns.
• Produce promotional videos, event trailers, advertisements, and social media visuals.
• Collaborate closely with Marketing, Events, and Branding departments to roll out creative campaigns.
• Edit video materials by incorporating visual effects, seamless transitions, sound, and dynamic motion elements.
• Design content tailored for LED screens, digital signage systems, social media channels, and websites.
• Ensure all creative output aligns consistently with established brand guidelines.
• Keep abreast of industry trends in design, animation, and digital marketing methodologies.
• Handle multiple concurrent projects, ensuring deadlines are consistently met.

Candidate Requirements

• Between 2 to 5 years of experience in Motion Graphics Design, Video Editing, or Digital Content creation.
• Expertise in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, and related design software.
• Solid grasp of animation fundamentals, typography, color theory, and the craft of visual storytelling.
• Experience generating content specifically aimed at social media and digital marketing platforms.
• Familiarity with 3D animation software such as Cinema 4D or Blender is an advantageous plus.
• A creative outlook combined with meticulous attention to detail and effective time management skills.
