We are seeking a passionate and energetic leader to oversee a highly motivated Pre-Sales Solutions Architecture team. This team partners closely with sales and other market-facing functions to tailor solutions addressing customer business needs, directly influencing revenue by building trusted advisor relationships. The role is based in our Singapore office, serving the ASEAN region.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead recruitment, retention, and development of high-performing pre-sales talent across several countries.
• Collaborate with sales teams to ensure success across mid to large enterprise accounts.
• Coordinate with Professional Services to drive customer satisfaction and with Marketing on seminars and trade events.
• Cultivate strong customer relationships that uncover new business opportunities.
• Coach and guide the team to consistently exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.

Candidate Profile and Requirements

• Minimum 4 years experience in pre-sales roles demonstrating solid commercial aptitude.
• At least 3 years managerial experience, preferably managing distributed pre-sales teams.
• Track record of exceeding targets and recognition for performance excellence.
• Highly motivated and focused, with strong time/resource management and technical qualification skills.
• Quick learner with the ability to establish credibility effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in the database industry and software development are advantageous.
• Willingness to travel up to 30%.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
