Lead Detailer - Façade and Modular Construction

Position Overview

We are currently looking for an experienced Lead Detailer specializing in façade and modular building systems to join our team in Docklands, Victoria. This role offers a clear progression towards a CAD Manager position within a dynamic and expanding façade and modular construction company.

Key Responsibilities and Skills

• Take ownership of detailed design outputs, ensuring precision and adherence to document standards.
• Provide leadership and mentoring to the drafting team to elevate overall team performance.
• Utilize advanced skills in AutoCAD (mandatory) with additional expertise in Revit being highly advantageous.
• Apply in-depth knowledge of façade elements including curtain walls, cladding, and commercial glazing systems.
• Leverage experience working with modular construction and materials such as aluminum and composite panels.
• Effectively communicate with various stakeholders ranging from on-site teams to senior executives.
