Human Resources Manager

About the Role

A well-established veterinary clinic group with multiple locations in Riyadh is undergoing expansion and requires a seasoned Human Resources Manager to lead and oversee HR operations across all its clinics.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle including talent sourcing, screening, interviewing candidates, and extending job offers.
• Coordinate the onboarding process and handle documentation for new employees at various branches.
• Administer HR operational tasks related to government systems such as GOSI, Qiwa, and Mudad/WPS, ensuring all activities comply strictly with Saudi Labor Law.
• Maintain accurate employee records, manage employment contracts, and fulfill government portal requirements.
• Handle payroll processes and coordinate salary disbursement.
• Address employee relations issues, manage grievances, and implement performance management strategies.
• Develop and update comprehensive HR policies and procedures to support organizational growth and governance.
• Assist in workforce planning aligned with business expansion strategies.

Qualifications and Experience

• Must be a Saudi National.
• Minimum of five years experience as an HR Manager within Saudi Arabia.
• In-depth understanding of Saudi Labor Law and experience working with related government platforms such as GOSI, Qiwa, and Mudad.
• Demonstrated success in establishing or expanding HR functions in a growing business.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a related discipline; professional HR certifications like SHRM or CIPD are advantageous.
• Proficiency in both Arabic and English languages is required.
