Role Overview and Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for internal roles within the US IT staffing division.
• Recruit specialized positions including US IT Recruiters, Bench Sales Recruiters, Business Development Managers, Account Managers, and Team Leads.
• Utilize platforms such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, as well as employee referrals to source prospective candidates.
• Review resumes and conduct initial human resource interviews to assess suitability.
• Arrange and facilitate interviews in coordination with hiring managers.
• Lead salary negotiations and prepare offer rollouts.
• Maintain comprehensive recruitment trackers and up-to-date candidate databases.
• Ensure a seamless onboarding process for new hires.

Required Skills and Experience

• Approximately fourteen years of experience in human resources and talent acquisition.
• Preferred background includes recruitment expertise specifically in US IT staffing.
• Familiarity with US visa categories and employment contracts including H1B, OPT, CPT, Green Card, H4 EAD, W2, C2C, and 1099.
• Strong verbal and written communication coupled with negotiation skills.
• Proficient use of digital recruitment tools, specifically LinkedIn Recruiter and job portals like Naukri.
