The franchisee solely manages all employment responsibilities including hiring, supervision, and staff management. Job Overview
The General Manager position is pivotal in running a profitable, quality-driven restaurant that meets McDonald’s high standards for customer experience, including quality, service, and cleanliness. You will collaborate with leadership to define and achieve business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of Assistant and Shift Managers, guiding them to set and reach departmental objectives
- Provide coaching and direction to improve restaurant operations
- Hire and develop managerial staff to build a strong leadership team
Qualifications
- Previous experience managing high-volume restaurants, ideally in quick service, hospitality, or retail
- Must be at least 18 years old to hold the managerial role in corporate stores
