About the Role
We are working with a client seeking a skilled Fullstack Developer specialized in React and Node.js to join their team on a full-time basis. This remote position allows you to work from anywhere while contributing to the creation and upkeep of scalable web applications using leading-edge JavaScript frameworks and backend technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and enhance full-stack applications utilizing React.js for frontend development and Node.js for backend services.
- Design and develop RESTful APIs alongside database schemas essential for application functionality.
- Produce clean, maintainable, and effective code ensuring adherence to best coding standards.
- Identify, diagnose, and fix technical problems throughout the application stack to maintain dependable system performance.
- Engage actively in code reviews, architectural planning, and sprint meetings to promote ongoing improvement.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Strong expertise in React.js and Node.js with comprehensive knowledge of related ecosystems.
- Experience handling frontend technologies including HTML5, CSS3, and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
- Familiarity with backend frameworks such as Express.js and databases like PostgreSQL or MongoDB.
- Proficient with version control tools, especially Git, alongside CI/CD workflow experience.
- Competence in using testing frameworks like Jest or Mocha and debugging utilities.
