About the Role
We are looking for a skilled mid-level Fullstack Developer with 4 to 7 years of solid experience in building and maintaining production-level web applications. You will work primarily with Java and React technologies to develop backend services and interactive front-end components, contributing to innovative AI-enabled products in a dynamic agile environment based in Bengaluru, India.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement backend services and RESTful APIs focusing on authentication, authorization, error management, and performance optimization.
- Develop React components using TypeScript or JavaScript, manage application state effectively, and integrate APIs for seamless frontend functionality.
- Work on database schemas, indexing strategies, query tuning, and overall data modeling using SQL databases such as Postgres, with bonus knowledge of NoSQL.
- Integrate external APIs and AI/ML features into applications, particularly leveraging AI tooling and frameworks.
- Support containerized deployment using Docker and follow Agile Scrum methodologies for iterative development and delivery.
Candidate Profile and Skill Set
- Programming Languages: Strong proficiency in Java; basic working knowledge of Python.
- Backend: Experience with Spring and Spring Boot frameworks, understanding of backend architecture, and business logic coding.
- Frontend: Expertise with React and modern frontend design patterns; familiarity with Flutter or FastAPI is advantageous.
- Databases: Proficient in SQL, particularly Postgres, JPA, and Hibernate ORM; some exposure to NoSQL is preferred.
- AI Experience: Exposure to AI engineering concepts including Large Language Models (LLM) application, retrieval augmented generation (RAG), embeddings/vector search, and agent-based AI; practical experience integrating model APIs is a plus.
- Cloud and DevOps: Basic knowledge of Azure cloud services and containerization with Docker; understanding of continuous integration and deployment concepts.
- Tools: Strong command of Git version control; familiarity with AI frameworks like LangChain or LangGraph is beneficial.
- Additional Knowledge: Foundational AI/ML understanding, microservices architecture, and DevOps pipeline familiarity enhance candidacy.
